Our homes are uniquely designed for you, the client, and the building site in question. The price per square foot is determined by many factors, including the style of home you want and the finish level and amenities that are important to you. Generally, our high-quality new homes are built at a comparable price to other custom home builders in the area. Our homes are custom designed to maximize efficiency in construction while simultaneously delivering the aesthetic that best suits you. As we offer finish levels to match a wide range of budgets, we are easily able to ‘reverse-engineer’ the value of your home, starting with your budget and adding finishes and amenities that fit into your overall plan. This approach allows you to make the critical decisions about what you value most in your new home.
Even if your land has been purchased, or you have selected one of our existing ready-to-build sites, many variables affect the timeline for construction. Some of these factors include development of your floor plan, the time required to create working drawings and blueprints, and the permitting process. Typically, we spend 6 to 8 weeks consulting with you to bring the home you envision to life on paper. Actual construction time is dependent on the size of the home, the nature of the site, and our sometimes unpredictable weather. On average, a 2500 to 4000 square foot home takes 9 to 12 months to complete once we have broken ground. Remember this is a custom home, we are not a production builder where you simply choose your colors and move in 90 days.

We set your homes schedule once permits are issued and are determined to get you moved in on time. We are committed to obtaining preferred pricing from our subcontractors (allowing us to keep your costs as low as possible), while providing ample time to focus on each and every client.
It’s important to us that we offer the ability to build to your personal style. There isn’t any one specific style we personally lean more toward. We want to build the home you find appealing, and our experienced design team allows us to achieve this.

Often clients either live out of the area, or travel for extended periods during construction. Today’s technology allows us to communicate with our clients throughout the design-build process. We will keep you up-to-date with regularly scheduled calls and emails, as well as photograph and video documentation. Our team is committed to ensuring that you are in the loop on the progress of your home.
